SkyWater Open Source PDK is an open-source process design kit for the SkyWater 130 nm process, containing device models, design rules and layout-related data. It is often used with tools such as OpenLane, OpenROAD, Magic and KLayout for open-source chip design, teaching and EDA flow validation.
