litsearchr

R package for building search strings in the early stage of systematic reviews and meta-analyses.

Details

litsearchr is an R package for building systematic review search strategies. It uses text mining and keyword co-occurrence networks to help identify important search terms and assists in generating Boolean search strings. It suits literature search design in the early stage of a meta-analysis, especially for studies that need to explain the origin of their search strategy and improve its reproducibility.

Use cases: systematic reviews, meta-analysis, literature search, search string construction, keyword co-occurrence analysis

Note: litsearchr is mainly for early search strategy design; it is not software for running the meta-analysis statistics.
