Elmer FEM is open-source finite element multiphysics simulation software developed by CSC, usable for heat conduction, electromagnetics, structural mechanics, fluids and coupled problems. In semiconductor and microelectronics research it can help analyse package thermal management, electro-thermal coupling, microstructure stress and multiphysics problems.
