Free image compression and optimisation tool for shrinking web images, paper materials and screenshots.
RIOT (Radical Image Optimization Tool) is a free image compression and optimisation tool that adjusts the quality and file size of JPEG, PNG, GIF and other images. It suits compressing web images, course screenshots, paper attachment images and personal website assets.
Use cases: image compression, web image optimisation, shrinking screenshots, organising paper attachments
Note: RIOT is better for manually compressing a small number of images; for automated batch processing consider ImageMagick.
